How to share your camera with family members to let them view live video on Wansview Cloud APP?

Answer: 1. Please ask your family to register a new account with his own email information and then access to APP at first. 2. Then you should tap "Invite family member" under settings page to send the invitation link to your family from your phone. 3. Share people will receive a message on his account and need to tap accept the invitation.

How to replay the motion alarm video for free without subscribing Cloud service?

Answer: User could enable alarm recording to SD card on APP, or you also could replay 10s alert video from the Alert page directly. Video is supported to download and save to your phone at no extra cost.

Does this camera support SD card?

Answer: Yes, this outdoor camera support max 128GB Micro SD card(Not included), SD card slot is on the bottom of the camera.

Can't connect the camera to WIFI successfully?

Answer:Please make sure your phone is connected to 2.4Ghz WIFI(5Ghz WIFI is not supported) and the camera must be set within 3 feet of the router during setup.

Why I can't receive the activation email when I sign up a new account on App?

Answer: 1. Please kindly check the junk mailbox. 2. Please contact our support team with your account email, we will activate your account manually.
