The camera works well with Ethernet cable, but doesn't work after unplugging the Ethernet cable ?

The problem should be the camera doesn't configure WiFi connection, you need to setup WiFi connection for camera, please do below operation to make the camera work with WiFi:
1. Connect the camera with Ethernet cable, keep the camera online.

2. Tap the Gear Button on app --- Advanced setting --- WiFi setting --- choose your 2.4G WiFi --- input WiFi password (no more than 31) --- tap check mark.

If the app shows “WiFi set up success”, now can unplug the Ethernet cable from camera.
