Night vision doesn't work at night?

Please go to the live video stream to check whether the IR night is not on.
If the night vision is not work even you open the IR light, please try to reboot the camera.
Besides, please check the locating place of camera. It is not allowed to place the camera to the glass window for looking outside. Because the glass can refract the infrared lights.
After the check, if the night vision still doesn’t work, it means that the IR-Cut light is defective.
