Why is the Wansview PC software showing a black screen ?

1. Please check the wansview non-cloud camera is showing “connected” on the software.  If it’s connected, please double click it, then it will show live video.

2. If it doesn’t show any video, please click setting button --- Other settings --- change the display mode to “No GPU display mode”.
