Camera is offline?(Wansview K1 Window Camera)

1.Make sure the router is working properly, and place the camera closer to the router to ensure a strong Wi-Fi signal. Then restart the router and the camera to let the camera reconnect automatically.

2.If the camera does not reconnect automatically, reset the camera by holding the reset button for 15 seconds, then reconnect the camera step by step.
