Q3:What if the camera shows offline?(Wansview Solar Camera A1)

(1) Check if the camera has enough power, Please fully charge the camera with Type-C power cord first.
(2) Make sure the router is working properly. Restart the router as well as the camera and see if the camera reconnects automatically after that.
(3) lf not, reset the camera by holding the reset (R) button for 15 seconds, then reconnect thecamera.
(4) Place the camera closer to the router to make sure that the connection is strong enough.
