Please check that you have set up alert notifications and that your mobile phone's mobile network is good.
You can follow the following steps:
① Enable the alarm function in [APP]-[Settings]-[Mobile Alarm]
② APP-[My] interface-[General Settings]-activate [Application Message Notification]
③ You can choose to open the following three kinds of notifications: alarm notification, system notification, marketing notification
④ Reboot your phone
⑤ Re-login your account We recommend that you can connect your phone and the camera to the same network/switch the Wifi to mobile data. If none of the above methods work, please email us at service@wansview.com and provide us with a photo of the sticker at the bottom of the camera.
