I can't log in to the account when using mobile data, it shows an error with "JSON could not be serialized because or error: the data could not be read because it is not in the correct format (200).

Sorry to hear that you cannot login your wansview cloud app because of the error message.
It is because Vodapone (UK )changed some security settings on Vodapone Secure Net and blocked the our site and you have to add our sit “ajcloud.net”url to my trusted sites via the Vodafone app (We also contacted Vodapone to help us add the whitelist to the vodapone too) Or you could visit the 2 below links and if they are prevented, please click "show more details" and allow to "visit the website", then login the wansview account on the app again.
