To all Valued Wansview Customer:
Sorry to inform you that our Android Wansview App has an issue of scanning the QR code, when use Wansview App to scan the QR code, it is black screen. The problem is Wansview App doesn’t have permission to access your phone ‘s camera and storage. 
Please follow below operations to enable the permissions: 
Access your phone’ setting —- Application —— wansview App —— enable camera and storage permissions. 
We truly apologize for all inconvenience it caused you , we will release an new version of android Wansview App soon, this problem will be solved in new version!
